GUIDED MEDITATION

 

Every Monday evening from 6 – 6.30pm

Weekly guided meditation at Well-Being, 516 Pollen St, Thames

In Leah’s meditation class you can join with others in a quiet, relaxing space, and be taken on a guided journey to help you calm the busy conscious mind, and relax the central nervous system so that you may experience inner peace.

Chairs, floor cushions, blankets are provided – you are welcome to sit on the floor or in a chair – whichever is most comfortable for you.

Leah’s style of meditation comes from the Mystery School of Light founded by the master Antoni Duma who was Leah’s spiritual teacher for many years.

The meditations are focus on the “I AM” within… the Divine Self. And these affirmations blended with a guided journey helps quieten the conscious mind, assists you with staying present – in the Now and enables you to reach inside of yourself, peacefully, gracefully, and experience the light, inner peace, and joy within…
